For more than thirty years, Naturescape Irrigation has been installing and servicing irrigation systems in the Chicagoland area. Our field technicians and service staff average some fifteen seasons with the company. What this means to our customers is that they can rest assured that their system is being serviced and cared for by experienced professionals whose knowledge is among the best in the industry.
Meet Our TeamEvery year, our technicians maintain and service hundreds of systems throughout the Chicagoland area. They use each other as a resource to learn more about systems and the issues that their peers may have already encountered. They all participate in scheduled meetings to go over newer technologies and share their experiences with different systems.
Service DepartmentThanks for the many years of reliable and competent service you’ve provided for us at our extensively landscaped property in Bannockburn. We’re especially grateful for the dedication of Junior and Leo who we think of as friends. I’m attaching a couple of pictures of our property which thanks to the efficient irrigation is thriving over these many years.

Our managers walk through each property and consider the specific variables and requirements for the area to be irrigated (see or link to “Installing Your System / System Design is Critical). When designing the system, they put it together as if they were going to own and use it themselves. This approach helps ensure that no shortcuts are taken and the highest quality materials are used and craftsmanship applied at prices which are commensurate with this kind of work.
At the outset of each season, our techs are in the field starting up systems and ensuring that their integrity has not been compromised during the winter. If any issues are discovered, they are shared with the owner(s) along with recommendations for correcting them. Throughout the year, we inspect and service homes, public parks, offices and other facilities on an as needed basis. Before freezing temperatures set in, the technicians are draining the systems and winterizing them to avoid damage that cold weather brings to untreated valves and water lines.
While Naturescape systems can be found on many office and retail properties, our commercial team’s abilities go far beyond just that. Naturescape partners include public parks, schools, hospitals, museums and more. When a company or organization has specific water needs, our managers will work closely with them to design and develop specialty or custom system solutions. If there’s a problem to be solved with water, Naturescape will seek a cost-effective answer for it!
